You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it's been more than two business days since you ordered and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first, then get in touch. We'll find it.
Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. It's free on orders over £75, otherwise it's £7. Express shipping takes 3 to 5 business days for a flat £8.
Item changes, size swaps, and quantity edits aren't supported once an order is placed — our system locks for fast dispatch. Address corrections can be requested within 2 hours of ordering (or before dispatch, whichever is earlier) by messaging us with your order number.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for a refund. To do so, email us at contact@bonvale.com with your order number. Once cancelled, you'll have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
If you change your mind after the 14-day window, the easiest path is to start a return through our returns portal.
Address corrections can be requested within 2 hours of placing your order (or before dispatch, whichever is earlier), please message us via chat with your order number and the correct address. We can make one correction per order at no charge.
Once that window closes, the order enters our fulfilment queue and the address is locked. After dispatch, redirects are handled by the courier directly using your tracking link, and any redirect fees are charged by the courier. Get in touch and we'll guide you through the carrier's process.
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom through dedicated regional sites, and to the rest of the world through our global site. Each site has its own pricing, shipping, and returns, so make sure you're shopping the right one for your location:
Check with anyone else at the address first, and have a look around the property. Couriers sometimes leave parcels in less obvious places, such as porches, side gates, parcel lockers, or with neighbours. If it still hasn't turned up after 24 hours, message us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
All applicable taxes, customs, and duties are calculated at checkout and included in your order total, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. That means GST on AU and NZ orders, VAT on UK orders, and any applicable import duties or taxes for international orders placed through our global site.
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Boxers, socks, and other intimate apparel can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Final sale items are marked as such on the product page.
All returns go through our returns portal (powered by Loop). Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, select the items you're returning, and follow the steps. Loop will generate a prepaid label and give you drop-off options at your nearest carrier location. Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 5 to 7 business days.
Yes. Through our returns portal, you can choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit (issued instantly when your return is scanned at drop-off), or an exchange for a different size, colour, or product. For same-product size swaps, the exchange is the fastest option and doesn't count toward your return allowance. We'll ship the new size as soon as your return is on its way back.
We cover return shipping for your first two returns in any rolling 30-day period, with a prepaid label included in the returns portal. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are always free to return, regardless of your allowance. From your third return onwards within the same 30-day window, a flat £7 fee is deducted from your refund.
Once we've received your return, processing takes 5 to 7 business days. After that, your bank takes another 3 to 10 business days to show the refund in your account, which is frustrating but out of our hands. If you choose store credit instead, it lands in your account as soon as your return is scanned at drop-off, usually within one business day.
If you spot an issue, message us via chat with your order number and a clear photo of the problem within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it. You won't need to pay for return shipping and you don't need to go through the returns portal. For manufacturing defects spotted later, get in touch and we'll handle it case-by-case.
Every product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres and inches. Our fit is designed to be true to standard men's sizing, but fabric and cut vary by product, so check the guide for that specific item.
It depends on the product. For performance fabrics with stretch, size down for a closer fit. For cotton basics and linens, size up for a more relaxed feel. Each product page includes specific fit notes for exactly this.
Everyone's sizing runs slightly differently, so we don't make blanket comparisons. What we do show on every product page is exact garment measurements, laid flat, in centimetres. Measure a favourite piece you already own and compare directly. It's the most reliable method.
Start an exchange through our returns portal. Size swaps on the same product are the fastest option. We'll ship the new size as soon as your return is on its way back, and size exchanges don't count toward your return allowance.
Each fabric is chosen to suit what the piece is built to do. Our naturals carry the range: 100% organic cotton across our tees, henleys, and select knits; Mongolian cashmere for our sweaters; and 100% European flax linen for our warmer-weather pants and shorts. Performance pieces are made from engineered stretch fabrics, often built with recycled polyester. Specific composition and care instructions are on every product page, so follow the care label and you'll get the most out of your Bonvale.
Where it's meaningful for the product, yes. Many of our pieces are made from organic cotton, including our tees, henleys, and select knits. Our performance fabrics use recycled polyester wherever the construction allows, including FlowTech™ at 96% recycled. We don't claim to be a sustainability brand, but we don't cut corners on the things that matter.
We use Shopify Payments, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus accelerated checkouts (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
We also offer buy-now-pay-later options, which vary by region and will show up in your checkout if available to you. All BNPL providers split your order into interest-free instalments. Full terms are on the provider's website when you select them at checkout.
No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address and you'll receive all the same order confirmations and tracking updates. An account makes returns, order tracking, and reordering easier, but it's optional.
At checkout, in the "discount code" field on the payment page. If the code is valid and your cart meets the terms, the discount applies before you pay. One code per order. Codes can't be added after an order is placed.
Bonvale Rewards is our free points program. You earn points on orders, reviews, referrals, and a few other actions, then redeem them for discount codes at checkout. Higher lifetime spend unlocks VIP tiers, which add a points multiplier and a few extra perks. Create an account to start earning.
You'll earn 100 points just for creating an account, then 1 point for every £1 spent on an order (excluding shipping and tax). On top of that, you can earn extra points by writing reviews, referring friends, claiming a birthday bonus, and following us on social. Your Rewards dashboard shows the full earning breakdown and your current balance.
Convert your points into a unique discount code through your Rewards dashboard, then apply the code at checkout. Redemptions start from 300 points for £5 off, with larger discounts available at higher point thresholds.
Bonvale Rewards has three tiers, starting with Member at the base earn rate. Silver unlocks from £400 lifetime spend, adding a 1.25x points multiplier and early access to sales. Gold unlocks from £900 lifetime spend, adding a 1.5x multiplier, free shipping on every order, and double points on your birthday. Status resets annually based on your rolling 12-month spend.
Your points balance lives in your account under Rewards. Log in to see your current balance, tier status, recent activity, and any rewards you've earned but haven't redeemed yet.
Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned if you haven't redeemed them, so it's worth converting them into a discount code before they roll off.
Share your unique referral link with a friend. Once they complete their first order, you'll earn 200 points. You'll find your link in your Rewards dashboard once you're logged in.
Referral points are credited once your friend's first order has been placed and processed, which can take a few days from when they check out. If it's been longer than that and you still can't see the points in your account, message us via the chat widget or email contact@bonvale.com with your account email and your friend's order email, and we'll investigate.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. When you redeem points for a rewards code, you'll need to use it on its own, separate from any other promotional code.
